The healing sessions, distance healings and energy essences offered by Happy Life AG/Alexandra Kind at https://alexandra-kind.com can help clients to experience more happiness in their lives.
If changes occur after a healing session, a distance healing or after the purchase of a product offered on the website https://alexandra-kind.com, they are based on the principle of "personal responsibility". In other words, the customer is responsible for any changes in their life and not Happy Life SA/Alexandra Kind. Under no circumstances can a claim for compensation be made for these changes. The client hereby accepts that any changes that may occur in his life (whether good or bad) are entirely his own responsibility.
Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded as soon as the customer has placed an order or booked a healing session on the https://alexandra-kind.com website.
delivery
The healing sessions take place by telephone by appointment, the remote healings take place without personal contact and without feedback. All Happy Life AG services must be paid for in advance. The products ordered will be delivered by post as soon as possible once the invoice amount has been received. The shipping costs are based on the Swiss Post rates. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties incurred.
Personal responsibility and legal claims
No legal claims arise from the offers of Happy Life AG. The customer is and remains responsible for all changes in his life, regardless of the energy work of Happy Life AG/Alexandra Kind or a product ordered from https://alexandra-kind.com.
Right of cancellation
A telephone healing session can be cancelled 24 hours before the appointment. A distance healing session and the 10-pack of healing sessions by telephone can be cancelled within 7 days of ordering. Ordered products can also be returned within 7 days of receipt. The buyer bears the shipping costs for the return delivery.
Guarantee
Happy Life AG gives no guarantee or promise of a cure.
